So, my advice has changed a bit due to the trajectory of the country.  I’d like to inspire you by saying that the country would get better by the next election, our economy is going to grow this much or that much. But the country is so unstable for such baloney called inspiration—the corruption, extremism, tribalism, security situation, banditry constriction of the economy, the hyperinflation, major crash in the investment community— a whole lot of chaos.

I’m hopeful that things will get better. But I’m staying back because I have a lot of passion and connection for Nigerian youths. The reason? I know culture is holding them back. I know that our education is emasculating them. I know our environment does not provide all the tools to be ready for life and living and I think that I can help. I think that in other countries and other climes there are lots of advantages and they wouldn’t need a person like me. This doesn’t mean if I was elsewhere I wouldn’t get a better job, or that my kids won’t have a better environment to grow. It only means that if I was elsewhere, I’ll not be able to fulfil my passion & purpose.  So I’m asking you that if ever you’re going to stay in this country, you’re actually staying for purpose and for nothing else. You might get a better opportunity to find yourself and your path and release your destiny in a clime where things work. At the moment, that’s not the situation in our country. We’re hoping that for those of us waiting behind for purpose, we’ll contribute to our national emancipation, finding our path forward, and resurrecting this nation and helping it to find its position in the comity of nations.

So if you really need to go, please go. Find yourself. Make the best of your life and contribute to humanity. Go outside there and win.

Cheers!
